Pattern Overview:
This Cat Cupcake pattern is a no-sew design, making it perfect for beginners who want to skip the assembly process and enjoy a smooth crocheting experience. The project is worked in rounds, using basic stitches like single crochet (sc) and half double crochet (hdc) to create the cupcake base, frosting, and cute cat face.
As you work through the pattern, you’ll change colors to bring the design to life, so it’s helpful to be familiar with joining yarn to keep the color transitions seamless. The nose is embroidered directly onto the face, so a bit of basic embroidery knowledge will be useful to achieve that cute, detailed look. This pattern is designed to be quick, enjoyable, and customizable, making it the perfect project for gifting or decorating your space.

- This pattern does not provide instruction for basic crochet stitches or colorchange techniques; prior knowledge is required.
- I have used the magic ring technique but feel free to use Ch2 if you are using yarn that snaps easily.
- Liner and head are crocheted in continuous rounds; using a stitch marker toindicate the start of each round is advised.
- Ch 1 at the beginning of a round does not count as a stitch.
- The final size of the plushie will vary based on the yarn, hook size, and yourpersonal tension.
- To minimize gaps in the plushie, it is recommended that you use a smaller crochet hook size than the one suggested for the yarn.

fo, leaving a long tail. Using a tapestry needle, weave through flo of each st around and cinch closed.
Hide the yarn in the piece, by inserting the needle through the middle of the circle you just closed and pull it out on the other side, tug to secure and cut the yarn as close as possible to the piece.

Embroider the nose between R11 and R12, across 2 sts.
